Preliminary Floor Plan for the 1814 Addition

House Plan - Preliminary Floor Plan for 1814 Addition Abbott Lowell Cummings believed this to be the first preliminary drawing, and was used in his article "The House the Parson Built". Handwritten note in the folder: "This drawing appears to be the original plan for the new part of Fisher's house, and if so would show the original home he built in 1796. This was once in a book of natural history, but its paper was unlike the paper in that volume. The Pyne Press had the book repaired for us in Italy in 1973 or '74 and I requested these pages not be included when the book was rebound." - Wm P Hinckley This was photographed much earlier. There is no indication of a stairway in the old house. See another photo of the whole. Note: Consists of two pen and ink drawings, approximately 7 1/2 x 9 1/4 inches, with hand written note in pencil. (October 8, 2014)
