This set of four chairs originally had rush seats and descended in the family of Fisher's daughter Mary, who married George Stevens' nephew Theodore. These chairs may be the ones he records making in his journals. A set of 4 (a,b,c,d) - Believed to have been made by Jonathan Fisher. The seats are cloth and there are two patterns shared by the set.
