A rope bed tightener. Approximately 14 1/2 inches long. Has two prongs at the base and a hole drilled through the top.

Piece of wood with notch on end with hole bored through the top. Wooden dowel placed through hole. 1825 penny on top. Used to tighten ropes under mattresses.
