February, the application of the Trustees of the Hancock County Public Reservations was considered, and with the approval of counsel the Ex- ecutors of the Estate of John S. Kennedy unanimously voted to make payment of $8,000. in terms more fully set out in a form of receipt attached to the check for $8,000. which is sent you herewith.
