Knew all Men by These Presents,
THAT I Joseph to S.Sperling of Granberry Sales in the County
of Hancock, and state of Maine,
in
consideration of One Hundred, and Eighty pollars, paid by
Asa D. Harley gey oftaid town County and State oferesaid,
(the receipt whereof do hereby acknowledge,) have remised, released, sold, and forever
quit-claimed, and do, for my elf and my Heirs, by these presents,
remise, release, sell, and forever quit-claim, and convey unto the said Asa Stanliy,

Heirs and Assigns forever, Ascertain lot of landy Situated on great
