1. Q17 Byvirtue of the foregoing commission to me directed, the undersigned, auditor gave due notice tothe parties named therein to meet at the house of Wm. P. Preble in the town of Cranberry I sles on the 24th day of April A.D. 1899 at which time and place lmit the parties and then and there heard the testimony of paid parties and their witnesses upon the matters ordered by the court. and said testimonynot having been completed, the hear ingwasadjourned to meet at the house of paid w m. Preble on the 19 th day of november . D. 1899. when and where l again metthe parties and heard their testic mony and the testimony of their witnesses, and the parties desiring a further adjournment a third hear ing was given at the office of L.T.B. Deasyin Bar Harbor on the 12 th day of September A.D. 1900 W Then the testimony of the last witness washeard and thereupone Thursday the 3d day of January a.s. 1901 at the office of Clerk of Courts at the Court House in Ellsworth was fixed as the time and place for final arguments in the matter and having heard the several pleas, proof and allegat ions of the parties on that day and having duly con- sidered the same I do hereby state the account and make a report to the Court upon such matterstherein
