History of property transactions on GCI

A history of land transactions with deeds for lands on the northwest side of the island (vicinity of Preble house); Dolly Newman lots, and a boiling spring near a 'school house lot' (?) - was there a school by Preble house once? And a deed handwritten pencil note: Dolly Newman (Part of Cemetery Lot), Book 71/Page 143, July 13, 1841, and many other notes and deeds with references and other mention of a school house lot. (Note: Two things to figure out - the boiling spring and another school before Malcolm Donald's house school which closed early 1900s.
